multichoice is a joke

they offer movies on box office to rent but their rental service has had a issue for months as when you rent a movie it does not come through and then you must keep trying and the amount gets taken and refunded a number of times till somehow miraculously you get the movie in the end..have taken this up with them and so far this issue has not been resolved..we as customers dont have time to sit and talk to consultants about a issue that was not even supposed to be a issue..before yourl put up these things get your ****** act together first and stop wasting our time..every time the consultant only knows must reboot the decoder..that's the line for every damn issue we have it seems..if that's the case give us ****** working decoders cause we paying so much already
