Multichoice is a joke!

My dstv has been cut off since i changed my account to DSTV's new price lock promotion, I even paid my normal installment, now all of a sudden i am behind? I called them and then all of a sudden there was a price increase in April which DSTV failed to inform me about, and I have been making my normal payments. Now since April to September I had no issues, please explain this to me??
