Multichoice is a *********
I have requested a downgrade on my package. I paid R170 about a week back however my services have been disconnected??????Indicating that I owe R257???? For what? Where is that coming from??? Not even 2 weeks that I have made the payment but my services are connected? Please connect my services and stop robbing people

07 Dec 2020, 12:59Where was the amount of R245 coming from? This is the reason why am saying you are robbing people. Imagine if I didn't have access to Hellopeter? What about the underprivileged, you give people incorrect amounts owed on the accounts and what if one just pays without enquiring? Please get your books in order and also your whatsapp/chat is not working.
