Multichoice is a *********!!!

Multichoice is practicing *****. i've never signed up for being debited , instead i pay manually and now they debited my bank account without my knowledge. i reversed it and now they are sending me threats of not paying. how can my dstv be active if i didnt pay? and y debit my account without my knowledge? this is pure *****!!!!!
