Multichoice is such a *****, ever since I took their internet bundle deal my premiums have flactuating like crazy, you would check your bill today but two days later it's as if it has been doubled.. I am tired because almost every month I have been paying more than what I'm supposed to pay. They always have a balance brought forward when you review the balance breakdown of which I don't understand because if I fully paid what was due previous month how come there is a balance carried over to the next month.. I am so tired, if it was up to me I would cut all ties with this company but now I persevere for my kids, I think they take advantage of us because they don't have that much competition so they treat us anyhow. And on their bundle package they say that they give free 20GB for the first month but I never received it. So I urge you guys to please think twice before considering their internet services.
