MULTICHOICE IS A ****

I am really disappointed in multichoice. I have paid my monthly premium and they deactivated my channels when I called their call center the lady i communicated with told me about the discount I didn't know about and still she was not able to assist me after I have paid my full monthly subscription I still can not watch tv this multichoice is a **** it makes more sense to me on why people are cancelling it.
