Multichoice is a ****

Multichoice is robbing its clients. They keep suspending my account, i pay my account on the date as per contract. This week is the 3rd week they keep suspending i find myself calling customer care on a weekly basis. Thier agents lie and say error is fixed when the system says i owe money. This is such an inconvenience as i need to usey my airtime every week. I am one very angry customer. I refuse to pay when i make payments on time every month on time. Stupid dstv that plays old stuff.
