Multichoice is a ****!!!!

The company is a total ****. My mother recieved an sms that they are offering her a discount for a compact package in July. After months not using the services, we called in to reconnect. Furthermore, we were told by the consultant that the offer is valid and we were reconnected whilst being told to pay a certain amount. We recently found out that we were billed incorrectly by multichoice and we were given a discount that soon removed as soon as we reconnected. Multichoice is not a credible company and aims to rip us off by offering us discounts that will never be implemented. My family and I are dissatisfied with the company and I would not recommend individuals to join multichoice. IT Is A ****!!!!
