Multichoice is a ****

I have to say I am very disappointed with the service I have received from DSTV Multichoice. I have been accumulating points since i have a subscription with them, on 12/04/2025 I redeemed my points under their rewards tab for Airtime in the value of R50 and was advised that the redemption will be loaded on the mobile number in 24 hours, however that did not happen. I have sent them 2 emails which I only receive automatic responses from them requesting my Identification and customer number but no one has taken time to look into this. I have been a loyal customer with Multichoice for over 4 years but what they have done in this case is not acceptable as they are falsely advertising things that they do not keep their end of the deal on.
