Multichoice insurance is a ****
Dstv Multichoice have disconnected my channels again this morning for the 3rd time now, I don't know how this is possible when they've received my complaint. and I've been told that they're looking into this matter by tracing back to when I got called by their insurance and they will get back to me as soon as they done with, i am waiting for their call even now, but nothing, instead I got disconnected. This doing is clear as day light that they force current client's into their insurance by lies, claiming to offer insurance policy and all that is needed is a beneficiary name and nothing else that's what I've been told to get me ****med. How can I add an insurance policy or other things like the movie thing that was added on when am unemployed for what, and even during a phone call the lady didn't mention or told me about the movie thing, but even so it was added. Ive told her during phone call that I'm currently unemployed and she convinced me that all is needed is a beneficiary name to claim incase of death, no transaction will occur after all, and she said this policy is a give away offer. And come now it's a force of payment and got added on my channels package. Multichoice I'm unemployed since 2019 dont give me something that I don't need clearly you got no respect for your client's, just a week ago my friend got the same call from Multichoice insurance offering him the same thing I got offered by lies, they using the same talk that, all that multichoice want is a beneficiary name nothing else, atlist he didn't fall for the ****. I don't know what it takes for this circle of lies to be eradicated it's clear they do that purposley to gain client's. Im very disappointed.
