MULTICHOICE INSURANCE

It is so easy getting insurance for your decoder but try and cancel it. I went into the East London branch and asked to cancel my insurance for DSTV. I was told I had to phone or email a certain number as they cannot do this for you. I tried calling many times but could not get through. I then sent a email and got a reply saying they would contact me as they had closed for the Xmas period. I am still waiting. My new statement for DSTV has arrived and the insurance is still payable. This is unacceptable. I am told that I cannot pay the normal subscription until the insurance has been cancelled. This is the 3rd month that I am trying to cancel. HELP
