Multichoice *******ly sending accounts to Debt Collectors

Full payment was made at Multichoice Mossel Bay on the 13th of November. It was confirmed on the system that the contract has run out and that I will not be renewing the contract. I get daily phone calls from MBP to say tha Multichoice has handed me over for collection of the outstanding money. Full and final settlement amount paid was R2 240.86. Proof of payment was emailed twice to ********** and each time undelivered error received. Please assist urgently
