MULTICHOICE *******LY DEBITS ACCOUNTS

I have a DSTv subscription for 3 years now and every month I do an EFT payment into there account. In February 2019 I over paid DSTv and a refund was done. On the 29th March I paid as per usual via eft into there account. On the 1st of April I was debited my multichoice for the amount of R919 (which I did not even have in my account). The debit order was unsuccessful and returned; however I am now left with a negative balance of R364.64 which is bank charges for a returned debit order and I am now requesting DSTv pay those bank charges as they never received my consent to debit my account EVER and that is very *******.
