Multichoice has ****** money from me again!

I have two previous Hello Peter complaints about Multichoice after they overcharged me on my annual subscription payment on 26 July 2015 and then disconnected me illegitimately twice last month before the year was up. I then changed my subscription to monthly debit order to avoid this happening in future only for Multichoice to deduct 50 % more than they were entitled to from my bank account on 27 July 2016. I am just about at my wits end. I have never been able to speak to the same person twice or any of the employees who responded to my Hello Peter posts as I was told they can’t transfer calls. As a result of this, no-one is held accountable and my DSTV account is in an absolute mess. The last person I spoke to on 27 July 2016 was named Promise and she committed to credit my account with the R422 Multichoice overcharged me and call me to confirm. Suffice to say I’ve never heard from her again and when I called the call centre to check my account balance, it has still not been rectified. My cell phone bill has gone through the roof as I’ve made in the region of 10 – 15 30 minute phone calls to the call centre explaining the whole long story with a total of no results. It’s time that Multichoice makes amends for the abhorrent way I’ve been treated over the last year and offer me some sort of compensation at the very least (besides crediting my account correctly). I have been a good, patient, understanding customer but this has gone too far and I do not deserve to be treated like this.
