MultiChoice has no respect for their customers

MultiChoice has no respect for their customers and can't answer a simple question. They ignore and insult their customers and refuse to help them. The only thing they are able to do is to insult customers and to put their fees up. Tired of being treated in such a disgusting manner by MultiChoice.
