multichoice has idiots in their ranks

hi .. I am a subscriber to dstv & I pay by debit due on the 15th of each month so I decided to change my debit date & tried on the app but didn't succeed so I emailed dstv to debit my bank on the 15th Feb & there after from March debit on the 7th & I get a reply from Seabi & this idiot has no idea what to do & talks about pro-rata I don't want to go into more details coz there was too many emails between us so multichoice must view all my emails & replies I received from seabi & see how a person like him/her be any assistance to customers please multichoice please get proper people to handle questions period disappointed consumer
