Multichoice handed my over to debt dept.

This month more money than the montly premium has been deducted from my account. Ive installed a decoder which is linked to 2 decoders. I am om the price log package and have a lot of issues eversince. Now also Ive been habded over to debt department for non payment but promtly everymonth multichoice deduct from my bank account. I want reason for why extra money been deducted and why I am handed over. Your consultants is rude when I asked for what reason I was handed over. Please can this be explained to me.
