Multichoice handed me over for debt collection after I canceled in June 2019

I received a call from a debt collection agency , telephone number *** yesterday . The lady informed me that I was handed over by Multichoice for non payment of my account. When I informed her that I cancel my DSTV account in June 2019 and I have email prove from Multchoice that I cancelled and acknowledgement from Multichoice that they have cancelled my account , and that I want her email address to send the proof to her , she refused to give me her email address. I am sending this letter public to you via HelloPeter because you, Multichoice did not contact me at any stage nor did you send me an account of any sort and now I get a call from a debt collection agency? Please can you give me the details what I was handed over as I CI did not even have a contract with you.
