MultiChoice: Go-TV Extreme bad quality signal

So around 20th August I wrote a review on the Go-TV decoder and bad service we received from a local Edenvale MultiChoice service center when we went there to get assistance for the bad signal we are receiving on the MNET channel. So Andile from MultiChoice phoned us the next day and explanined to us that MultiChoice is still supporting the Go-TV decoder and that there is a signal issue on their side and as soon as a resolution date is obtained he will let us know. We today is the 5th August and no news. In the mean time the MNET channel signal is so bad - freezing the whole time, or its a blank screen although you can hear the people talk. We are paying but for what? It is IMPOSSIBLE to follow any story on the screen because of display quality. So what is happening DSTV? Or are we the low budget customers and the priority is not to get a signal sorted for almost 1 month? Our money is good though it seems. World Cup rugby is around the corner and one would have liked to watch it but with this quality of service provided it is not possible at all. So please let us know - what is going on with our Go-TV signal please
