multichoice gave incorrect feedback,false

Why is multi choice not listening to their recordings?.they always say calls are recorded.what do they use them for? They should listen to them and give me exactly what I asked for.This is a follow up on my first complaint.they gave incorrect feedback that they have connected me.they have not connected me. For the package I have..asked for.i wanted to have..channel 161 also.i don't know which package is this but it has limited channels.my package for 199 monthly.they told me it includes. Chanel 161. I can't watch SA Idols because of this poor service.i knew this will drag back and forward.i wish<br> <br> <br> a competitor can just show up.
