MULTICHOICE *****S
Multichoice Dstv is on horrible nightmare for I don't know how many months I have been seeking help to no avail, their customer care services are not trained to do much , they just get confused, now I don't know what to do multichoice have ruined my life. The only thing I ever did that was wrong was to take their internet package that was supposed to be R79 with 25 gig a month, and after they upgraded me to compact plus which was supposed to be free for few months and was supposed to revert back to my compact but now my account is spurring out of control and I'm told I am on contract I have to pay R180 to cancel😭😭, what I am canceling nobody knows
