Multichoice ***** - MobiPay

I recently upgraded my DSTV package using the new WhatsApp self help platform. Big mistake. I got a WhatApp message from this automated platform stating that I needed to pay an amount for the upgrade to be processed with a link to MobiPay. I clicked on the link and paid by credit card. 14 hours later Multichoice still doesn't acknowledge my payment and they have tried to process 5 other payments on my card. So I have had to cancel my credit card.
