Decoder and plug stop working within five months. I bought the plug for showmax the I plugged in in that was the last time I saw my dstv working. I called the call center and the guy guided me to get it working and after the guide it just got stuck on English or Spanish. I’ve never been so disappointed I try and upgrade and the upgrade turns to be a killer. No I paid R1600 for technicians who couldn’t even fix it. So I am paying subscription for what I am not watching because apparently you need to give them a month to downgrade. technicians who couldn’t help bought a connector that doesn’t work so much wasted money
