Multichoice forcing viewers to change to digital

My analogue decoder was faulty so I took it to Multichoice Randburg to swap it for another analogue decoder. I was informed that this CANNOT be done, for Multichoice doesn't support the old analogue technology any more. It was explained to me that I HAVE to change to digital this is non negotiable. They will change the analogue decoder for a digital one, but I will be responsible to pay for the dish and installation thereof. I explained that I am currently paying R335 per month x 2 for I am also paying for my parents analogue decoder. This means approx R670 for both. This is for Mnet and SS1. This is all we are interested in viewing. When forced to change to digital, Mnet and SS1 are only available on the R699 package. In order to view the channels I have been viewing the past 20 years I am now forced to pay double. I am NOT interested in dstv for it is too expensive, but would like to view Mnet and SS1. The Mnet empire is bullying the public to go digital and pay more so that the coffers can bulge. We were good enough when Mnet build their empire but now they don't give a darn for their loyal subscribers. This has been escalated within Multichoice but NO solution has been offered.
