MultiChoice false Black Friday Specials

I tookup the Black Friday price-lock special on premium. I was going to receive the decoder and dish within 7 days and till today I haven't received it..talk about false advertising. Everytime I call the call center I'm told my query is being escalated but no one bothers to help. I'm also taking this up with the advertising consumer bodies for assistance.
