Multichoice failure to deliver service

This is a complain about MultiChoice Dstv that has seemingly cancelled my Netflix subscription without my Consent. I received an email from Netflix informing me that Dstv MultiChoice cancelled my subscription but when i contact MultiChoice they could not be able to assist me nor reactivate my subscription. I have paid my subscription fee on the 1st of September 2026 and now it is the 15th and my subscription is cancelled and i cannot watch my Netflix. Please help me resolve this matter.
