Multichoice failing to assist with just a simple password reset

I have been trying to reset my password of DSTV app for over a week now. Their password reset option is not sending emails. I raised the issue with their contact centre via live chat, they are still failing to resolve the issue. Their agent even disappeared on me without saying anything. I am disappointed beyond description that DSTV is failing to assist with such a simple request of password reset. This is just a simple basic request. I have lost faith in you Multichoice!!!!
