IN ABSOLUTE HORROR................... It is unbelievable that in these time, with technologies that are available, that MULTICHOICE...DSTV, OFFER SUCH POOR SERVICES.

I Emailed proof of payment, to the Email provided to me by the operator, at 08:30.

BY 13:19, when I called back, they could not find my Email. I was then advised by the second operator, to send the mail to an address that he provided me with. The Email was sent, but they could not find any trace of the Email, as their service was undergoing maintenance. I was advised that the supervisor would call me back by no later than 4pm the same day.

DUE TO NON PERFORMANCE BY MULTICHOICE..DSTV, I CALLED AGAIN, AT15:44, AND SPOKE TO THE OPERATOR, REPEATING THE SAME MESSAGES AS BEFORE. She advised me that she could not find the Email, and asked me to provide her with the reference number that was sent to me. AFTER LONG EXTENDED EXPLANTATIONS, ADVISING THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY REFERENCE NUMBER FROM THEM, SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TO HOLD ON, AS SHE WAS GOING TO TRACE MY Email...

HOLDING ON THE PHONE, LISTENING TO THE MOST IRRITATING MUSIC,..........36 MINUTES LATER, I AM STILL HOLDING ON.......REALLY...IS THIS CONSIDERED SERVICE??????

FRUSTRATION AND ANGER IS AN UNDERESTIMATION.

CALLING AGAIN @16:20, I HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE SAME ADVERTISING MESSAGES AGAIN AND AGAIN..................

I MOST CERTAINLY WILL GO ON PENSION BEFORE I GET ANY SERVICE FROM MULTICHOICE..DSTV

HAVING CALLED AGAIN AT 16:20, I REACH ANOTHER OPERATOR, REPEATING THE WHOLE STORY AGAIN....... SAME PATTERN, THE OPERATOR HAS GONE TO TRY FIND MY EMAIL......

AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES FOR THE OPERATOR TO COME BACK TO ME,...I HAVE GOT CLOSER TO PENSION....ANGER...ANGER AND MORE ANGER.

16:43...CALLING AGAIN,...ONLY TO LISTEN TO THE SAME FRUSTRATING ADVERTISING.

MULTICHOICE REQUESTS YOUR ID NUMBER, BUT YOU HAVE TO REPEAT THE ID NUMBER AGAIN, TO EACH OPERATOR.

ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATER, WE GOT SORTED OUT.

REALLY..............A WHOLE DAY 5 LONG TELEPHONE CALLS A 6 EMAILS, WE EVENTUALLY GET RE CONNECTED
