Multichoice equals bad services
<p>I am new to multichoice. I upgraded my package and was told I must only be paying for my upgrade on the next paydate. After few days my services were suspended. When calling in I was informed I was supposed to pay for the upgrade in the next 24 hours. For me as a first time customer this is really **** service from multichoice. After few calls and emails I received an email saying my services wont be suspended again but this mornning it were. </p> <p>As a customer a want the services that was promised to me. Now I know why people talks so bad about multichoice. </p>

We would like to take this opportunity and thank you for bringing your query to our attention.
We were not able to retrieve the call for when the services were upgraded to the DStv Compact package and we would like to apologise for the miscommunication received.
Kindly be advised that in future you need to pay in advance for your DStv subscription.
Your services were reconnected back to the DStv Compact package.
Your next payment will be R295.62 + R365.00 due on the 2nd April 2017.
The amount includes the Prorata and your monthly subscription which will cover your viewing until the 1st May 2017.
Should you have any queries, we encourage you to keep in touch with us.
