Multichoice dstv(Router delivery)

I have app**** and got approved for a router with multichoice since January 27/2022,they said it will be delivered within 7 working days to Date it has not been delivered,i have contacted their help center and got a call from them of which they said the courier company tried contacting me and came to my place and found no one of which according to me its a lie,because there is always someone at home,they then promised to deliver it within 7 working days again that was after they contacted me on the 15th of february till to date no router delivered.
