MultiChoice DSTV telemarketeers

The MultiChoice telemarketers in Durban phoned me again, for a quick 5 minutes of my time. 41 minutes later, the call ended..... In order to pacify the lady at the call centre, I agreed to receive the 2 Explorer decoders subject to my approval after receipt, prior to any payment, and can return the decoders. The telemarketeer insisted that the special price of R 320.00/month included my DSTV Premium subscription (which is around R 995.00/month), which I didn't believe. Anyway, I have decided to return the decoders and pay the R 150.00 return fee, but it's not as simple as that..... there is no return to address supp**** with decoders or the attached paperwork, so where do I send them back to ? I submitted a request on the MultiChoice website, but so far not received any response. A few months ago, another MultiChoice telemarketeer called about the same offer, and after about 30 minutes of discussion, she just said 'well if I can't make your life more pleasurable, then it's your fault'and she slammed the phone down !
