Multichoice( DStv) service pathetic

I phoned Multichoice in February to give notice of cancelation as the price lock contract I had or apparently still have ends in April. Nothing has been done about it. Now another debit order has gone through, essentially they are *****ing from me. They have unfairly debitted my account and the only way to get any feedback is by phoning and by phoning nothing happens.
