MULTICHOICE DSTV SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE

My experience with multichoice is very bad, I have been calling to activate my decoder since the 23rd of December with no success, If system is not down is technical error that their IT cannot resolve, when I ask feedback from IT there is nothing. if I had alternative I was not going to proceed with multichoice.
