Multichoice Dstv schemes

I canceled my Dstv subscription in Jan 2025 due to my husband s passing. I wanted to reconect now and found myself with a bill of almost R1800. My insurance according to dstv was not canceled! My word normal insurances not paid laps after 3 months not Dstv? I m battling 2 weeks now to get a refund. Im not leaving it here. How can it being going up like this without infoming your client? I got no notice. They start like some retailers with their booklet nonsense. So please public out there is you leave Multichoice dstv make sure your insurance are cancelled. You will wake up with an enormous account.
