Is this fairm???I bought a new decoder in Dec and activated the new one and cancelled the others,but haven't used DStv since then. Last month called in again coz I activated my acc again as Iv decided to use DStv again and specifically asked them to cancel the old once again as it is broken and not using it at all.however wen I checked my balance earlier I saw that I'm owing them. I then chatted to them and told I'm charged for that decoders being activated. I told them how is it my problem if they not doing their jobs and now I must pay for their mistake. That I one of the reasons why I decided to leave DStv in the first place and I think this will probably be the last. You are *****s DSTV *****ing from the poor. You can go listen to the recordings as well. You guys are not doing your job.
