Multichoice DSTV rewards not fullfiled

I was told that I would be upgraded to Compact plus from the beginning of September as a multichoice DSTV reward. The beginning of September the promise didn't materialize and spoke to Mandisa Ngcobo who told me she knows nothing about rewards, she said her supervisor will call me back she didn't, I called again and spoke to Asavela no assistance again, spoke to Thuli Machete no help, yesterday was the worst of them all, I spoke to Thomas Moila, I told him that if I don't get any help I will have no choice but go ventilate this on social media, he said I mustn't do that he'll have it sorted out, I was talking to him but his attitude was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. He verbally insulted me many times and the problem is still not sorted
