MultiChoice DSTV price lock

DSTV is excelling in disrespecting people. April this year i wrote about their disrespecting me after requesting them for the past 3 months then. i have 2 price locks packages with all inclusive for R499 and 449 which is R948 in total now I've been billed R1136, R1067, R1062 depending on how much they decide to take. march i called and they told me its fixed it was error on their side.

April 30 i was given a refund of R645 for all extra charges but since May , June, July ,August and Sept I'm asking the same thing but no response instead they keep charging more and more every month and no explanation is given. I'm really irritated as everytime i call i hold for atleast 45 minutes and I'm assured this time its fixed but same happen. This is no longer about poor service its more like disrespectful.
