Multichoice Dstv Overcharged

My complain was about DSTV Multichoice overcharged no ***0.

On the 1st October 2019, I called Multichoice to enquire about balance. They said I should pay R150.00. We paid and they reconnected our DSTV. Monthly we pay on the 9th. They asked for R469.00. We paid it on the due date. We just hope that they are going to charge us on our agreement.

I would like to thank you for helping us. Me and my family are very happy we don't have any complains about DSTV. I am going to tell other people about you and your service. You are a star to be able assist people who do not have money to consult a lawyer if they are having some problems.

We are proud of you to be the true South African who cares about his people. You are the best and a hero. I am a happy customer now and thank you very much. That comes from the bottom of my heart.
