Multichoice DSTv Life Insurance *****

Multichoice **********ly decided to activate so-called DStv Life insurance, according to one of their Live Chat consultants. I id not even know they offers such services. I have never requested for such a product and for some weird reason they added it to my subscription premium. I am told the only way to have it cancelled is to phone (at my own cost) some number and get it removed. I would like for them to investigate and provide me with the proof of consent to the contract, before cancelling it, because this borders on *****.
