Multichoice (DSTV) is still the worst product, and poeple should stay away.
If I could give a review less than one, I would, I've been using their wifi/router products for about two months, I'll be honest, its good when it works, but that's the best part about it guess, but when it doesn't work (which 4 out of 5 times) Today is the 17th, according to them, data allocation is meant to be loaded at every end of the month, 17 days have passed and no monthly data allocated. Every communication I make just leads to "escalation" and "please wait 24 - 48 hours for the data to be loaded", ITS BEEN 17 DAYS ! how many more 24-48 hours are we to wait, to get a product you've paid for already to work ! This is truly the worst purchase ever made.

19 Apr 2024, 12:15It's become clear that Multichoice (DSTV) is set on not helping out in any way, they're filled with empty promises, and commitments they just can't seem to fulfill. They have called me back, only because I've put a review on here, apart from that, they wouldn't have called otherwise, and what's even clearer now, is their willingness to not assist customers at all.
