Multichoice : DSTV - is a prepaid account

I pay and then they connect me when I need to watch say over the holidays, I do not ever have a debit order for DSTV. When the funds ran out they disconnect. If they do not disconnect after the funds run out is that my problem? You continue running it to get me into debt. And more over threaten to hand me over for what????????????????. Why did you not disconnet.

This is a debt that you will have to write off otherwise I am handing you over

Maybe they need to learn from Vodacom, MTN, Cellc what prepaid means.

Good day Sandra

We tried to contact you without any success.

DStv service is a month-to-month contract - when you pay your subscription, the contract for that month is fixed.

However it is the responsibility of the subscriber to advise MultiChoice that you will not be using the service the following month.

Should this not be done the subscriber will be liable for any additional cost accumulated on the account.

To schedule your upgrades, downgrades or suspension of services .You may phone us or use self-service at any time to request the change, which we will implement on your next payment date.

Regards

Rupert
