Multichoice DSTV is a joke!!!!!!

I am utterly disappointed and angry at multichoice. It took me 30 minutes to try and rent a movie on Sunday night, wasted my time, data and energy. I called the call center for assistance and a Mandla hung up on me and when I called back a Afta(not even sure of the spelling) was busy selling me more of multichoice products. He told me to reboot and when I did, the movies did not load for the rest of the night. It just kept on saying downloading please check back again in a few minutes but the movies never loaded. Fast forward to today, I still don't have the rented movie loaded. I had better not be charged for this movie. I am so mad and disappointed at how multichoice has such poor service providers. No wonder people are leaving DSTV its because of this nonsense next to the endless repeats.
