Multichoice Dstv is a ****.

On May 2024 I received a call from Multichoice, telling me that multichoice offer me R20,000 since I am their client. The agent asked me to confirm my names and number which I confirmed with, only to find out I've been **** to, now when I have to pay my channels which first I paid R400 and later went back to pay for a reconnection fee I was told that I owe R1000 for which I got no idea of, as to how it came about as my channels were blocked because I didn't pay the previous month, when I phone multichoice they told me I got an insurance which I don't know of, I've been told to phone the insurance office that took ringing without answering. My channels are deactivated even when I paid multichoice, I want answers from multichoice as to why my channels were blocked, and why I've been given the insurance that I don't even know nothing of.
