Multichoice (DSTV) I WANT MY MONEY

If there was a negative star I'd give them. So I paid extra on the 2nd of July (mistakenly). I then called them on the 3rd trying to find out if I can get a refund. They said yes and so I started the process. At some point they said they done from their side I should wait for the money to clear on my bank account. Next time I called was told that there was insufficient documents but after they check they restarted the process and I was told to wait for few days. It's the 26th of August today and I still haven't gotten my refund. If they told me they don't do refunds I'd have understood and made peace but for them to lead me on like this while I need money is unfair. I call almost daily to get an update but it's always the same situation.
