Multichoice DSTV - Horrible people working there, especially in the accounts department. Myself and over 700 other subscribers are cancelling as they don't care at all about any of their clients!!!

Multichoice has the worst people working for them. Especially the accounts department. They do not care about their customer at all, the people who are paying their salaries. They can't even speak, let alone care about anyone. I had a very serious requesr, and I was just told NO!!!!!! Not once, not twice, but 6 times. So I am canceling my subscription, and also my entire family, all my colleagues, even 90% of my cliënts, this is already over 700 people, and growing by the minute. It is time that someone stand up to this horrible company, and thst is what we are all doing now!!!!
