Multichoice DSTV EXPLORA Holiday Home.

For over two years I have been using two decoders, the one at home containing the FAMILY package. But I have a holday home where I have a Explora with the full package and recording. The past month I have been experiencibg increasing difficulty in getting my Holiday Home activated!! (For the past year definately vis the internet!!). Past Saturday 24 August 2019 after about 6 calls totalling more than two hours on the phone and a extremely rude consultant I still could not get connected with very irate people renting my Holiday home!!!! The last consultant was very accomodating but told me there is a new upgrade of the system and I am not allowed anymore to heve both switched on at the same time!! This resulting in me sitting in the dark at home when my Holiday Home is being occupied and DSTV switched on!! A totally unacceptable situation!!!!
