Multichoice DSTV Delicious

Hi I have a serious challenge with Multichoice and DSTV Delicious Festival. None of the agents at DSTV can assist or rather know anything about the arrangement of the complimentary ticket. The complimentary tickets don't work, the system has handovers to Howler who also doesn't know the DSTV systems, you cannot get assistance anywhere regarding this, it's a nightmare. I spent 3 hours with the agents and supervisors, left comments on the Multichoice website and still no help. It's amazing that a company that has been declining subscriptions can behave in this manner. What was supposed to be a good gesture of a complimentary ticket is turning into a horrible nightmare. This is what happens when you have a monopoly for a long time, you only wake up when it's too late because your customers get tired of your acts...
