Multichoice DSTV *******

Be carefull with Multichoice DSTV. They ***** your money. I paid on the 31st of every month - direct emmidiate payment. Then they cut you off charge for re connection . When you phone them you must send proof of payment wich I did 2 times. Then they tell you a senior person or manager will call you to sort out the ****. Half of them are uneducated to say the least. The other half have no idea what they are doing there. I had a credit of over the R280. Now they say I ( ME ) reversed a payment and they had to use the credit. My bank have no record of any reversal. They STOLE my credit, cut me off, charged me for their STUPIDITY. My cellphone calls to them spending over 30 MIN at a time to explain. UNEDUCATED PEOPLE Still waiting for my SENIOR MANAGER'S call !!!!!!!!! Please there are alternative ways to watch movies and series.
