It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with your account. Please accept our sincere apologies in this regard.
Our records indicate that you have spoken to one of our agents about your problem and you were made aware that you can swap your SD PVR decoder for an Explora. When your decoder stops working, you can bring it to one of the MultiChoice Walk-in Centres to trade for a newer model decoder at a reduced price. We're currently offering the DStv Explora at R1 699 (that's a R300 discount on the normal purchase price.)
If you have decoder insurance (DCC) and suffer specific damage to your device, we'll replace it with a new DStv Explora (at no extra cost, as per the conditions of the insurance).
