Multichoice dstv Call center agents Sies!!!!

Horrible service from your call center agents! They all give me false, different information and apologize and protect each other. I escalated my matter and spoke to Fezile and Vuyo (team leader) and they further made me fools by protecting each other. Something so simple and straightforward, they could not assist! If at all these calls are recorded, u will see how pathetic you treat your customers! I'm annoyed and frustrated
